Krispy Valentine

Everyone loves rice crispy's, Right! Absolutely, so here's my valentine variations of the rice crispy treat.

You will need the following:

Tools
Bowl
A big spoon
A sauce pan
Heart shaped cookie cutter
Parchment paper or foil to lay out the hearts
4 13x9 inch pans

Food
Rice crispy's-THE BIG BOX
2 bags of marshmallows
A box or four sticks of butter
4 different food colorings of your choice
Different color icing tubes to write your sweet nothings on your treats

Directions
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter with 4 cups of the miniature marshmallows in sauce pan over low heat. Stir marshmallows in slowly and then add about 10 drops of one color of your food coloring. Place 6 cups of dry rice crispy treats in your bowl. Then pour your butter marshy mixture on top of the crispys and mix well. Place the mixture in 1 of the pans and let cool. While that is cooling, you can clean your utensils and start a new batch with a new color. After all four of your colors are separated in different pans, you can start to cut hearts shapes with your cutter. Place all hearts on your parchment paper or foil. You will probably have a bunch of left over crispy mixture in different colors. For a tie dye effect, mix them all together and cut hearts out of those too. When done, use your icing tubes to write whatever message you choose on your treats. I wrote names on some of mine and gave them out as small personalized gifts. Hope you like!
